Welcome to SALOIN. By booking or using our services, you agree to these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the SALOIN platform (website, app, or WhatsApp booking), you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree, please do not use our services.

2. Services

SALOIN provides home-based beauty and wellness services through a network of verified, independent beauticians. We act as an intermediary platform connecting customers with service providers.

3. Booking & Cancellation

Bookings may be cancelled or rescheduled at least 2 hours before the appointment time without penalty. Cancellations within 2 hours of the appointment may incur a cancellation fee. No-shows may be charged 50% of the service value.

4. Payment

Payment is due at the time of or immediately after service completion. We accept cash, UPI, and card payments. Prices are as listed and include all applicable taxes.

5. User Responsibilities

  • Provide accurate booking information
  • Ensure a safe, clean environment for the beautician
  • Be present or have a responsible adult present during the service
  • Treat all SALOIN staff with respect

6. Limitation of Liability

SALOIN's liability is limited to the value of the service booked. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
