How much advance notice do I need to book?

We recommend booking at least 2–3 hours in advance for same-day appointments. For specific beauticians or peak time slots (evenings, weekends), booking 1–2 days ahead is ideal to secure your preferred slot.
Can I choose my own beautician?

Yes! You can request a specific beautician during booking. If you've had a great experience with someone, you can rebook them directly. Subject to their availability in your area.
What areas do you currently serve?

We currently serve Bhubaneswar, Cuttack, and Puri. We are rapidly expanding to Rourkela, Sambalpur, and Berhampur. Share your area with us on WhatsApp and we'll notify you when we launch near you.
Safety & Hygiene
Are your beauticians verified?

Absolutely. Every SALOIN beautician undergoes Aadhaar identity verification, background checks, and professional skills assessment before joining our platform. We only onboard female beauticians.
What hygiene standards do you follow?

All tools are sterilized and sanitized before every single session. Wax is never double-dipped. Disposable items are used wherever applicable. Our beauticians follow strict hand hygiene protocols. We follow ISO-certified standards.
Are male beauticians allowed?

No. SALOIN is a women-first platform. All beauticians on our platform are female. This is a core promise we make to every customer — your comfort and safety is paramount.
Pricing & Payment
Are there any hidden charges?

None at all. The price shown for each service is the final price you pay — no hidden platform fees, travel charges, or add-ons. What you see is what you pay.
You pay after the service is complete and you're satisfied. We accept cash, UPI (GPay, PhonePe, Paytm), and all major debit/credit cards.
What if I'm not happy with the service?

Your satisfaction is guaranteed. If you are not happy with the quality of service, contact us within 24 hours and we will either send another expert or issue a full refund. See our

Yes. Our beauticians arrive with all the professional tools, products, and equipment needed for your service. You do not need to arrange anything — just a clean, comfortable space for the session.
