At SALOIN, we are committed to delivering exceptional service. If you are not satisfied, we will make it right.
If you are not satisfied with the quality of your service, contact us within 24 hours of the appointment. We will either send a qualified beautician to redo the service at no additional cost, or issue a full refund.
Cancel or reschedule your appointment at least 2 hours before the scheduled time for a full refund or no charge if unpaid.
Cancellations within 2 hours of the appointment may incur a cancellation fee of up to 50% of the service value to compensate the beautician for their time and travel.
If neither you nor a responsible adult is present when the beautician arrives, a no-show fee of 50% of the service value may apply.
Refunds are not available for services that have been fully and satisfactorily completed as described in the booking, or for dissatisfaction based on unreasonable personal preferences not communicated at the time of booking.
